KWA'MUTSUN / QUAMICHAN NATION TRADE RELATIONS not TREATY
Coast Salish Quw'utsun Quamichan Peoples declared our right of state nationhood to the General Assembly and the Security Council of the United Nations on April 1st, 2011. This statement of paramountcy supercedes the continued occupancy by the Monarch Elizabeth II. We are custom and traditional indigenous aboriginal Peoples. Our first language is Hul'qumi'num' (b).

Our right of declaration is founded within our historical governing of territories, respected by other Peoples of Turtle Island North and South for more than 10,000 years. And, we are not a conquered Peoples.

The lands and resources of our dominion have been under Quamichan Nation stewardship without abandonment since before the time of totem poles at Stonehenge.
